I work as a Corporate Executive Coach, in Leadership Development, and as an expert in Cultural Change. I consult with seasoned corporate leaders, new managers, and any organization or agency that needs a realignment of its mission or vision.

I believe that we are always "works in progress"--in a state of becoming--and can develop our abilities to be lifelong learners. Together, my clients and I travel a deeper learning path--one that resides in learning from life experience.
